Loopring is a decentralized exchange protocol and an "automated execution system" built on Ethereum that will allow its users to trade assets across exchanges. Jay has extensive skills across online payment & financial operation with a particular focus on risk management and innovative solution. Prior to Jay's work in the cross-border payment at PayPal, he worked in a spectrum of different industry sectors including; Risk&Compliance at Ernst&Young and a member at Global Shapers Community. Jay has been supported and published articles on blockchain tech at Chinese Smart Contract (Ethereum) community and mentoring blockchain course at Stanford University.

Mansoor Madhavji 穆大胜is a Partner at Blockchain Founders Fund which invests in and venture builds top-tier Start-ups and consults companies and governmental organizations on emerging technologies. He has supported numerous projects on developing sophisticated token economic models, go-to-market and branding strategies. Mansoor has created unique cost-effective growth hacks for portfolio companies and past clients that surpassed customer acquisition benchmarks. He previously led growth and marketing strategy as Head of Content with an innovative technology company launching secure digital currency exchanges across South East Asia and India. Mansoor is also an early stage investor in emerging technology companies including blockchain, machine learning, internet of things (IoT), and machine learning. He is a mentor with Chinaccelerator, one of the global elite accelerator programs operated by the venture fund SOSV with $500M+ AUM and the Mobile Only Accelerator (MOX) which helps the best mobile startups from around the world scale quickly. Prior to his focus on early-stage companies, Mansoor traded equities and derivatives and ran an international digital marketing and branding agency across North America and Asia.

He is Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Electrical engineering undergraduate, Brandeis University financial graduate student, studied block chain strategy curriculum in Said Business School of University of Oxford. Entrepreneur, elected the third batch of Shanghai 1000 people’s plan (venture group). Worked in New York Oppenheimer Funds alternative asset investment (CDO – Based asset securitization) and Japan’s largest financial group, MITSUBISHI UFJ securities (Tokyo headquarters and Shanghai).
